Biography

My name is Kassee Forsmann. I have lived in Lewiston for a little over 8 years. I love hunting, fishing, jeeping and being with my family. I am married to a veteran and have a little boy who I adore. I have worked several jobs from sandwich shop to childcare centers. I now work at Schweitzer Engineering and have been there for 7 years. I love my country and my freedoms. I am passionate about helping those in need. I volunteered at the Lewiston Veterans Home years back and loved being able to give back a little to those who have gave so much.

I love Lewiston for it’s small but not to small feel, the way the community comes together to help those in need. The biggest thing that I haven’t understood is how we lose business or big businesses. Why do they choose to go somewhere else. I want to cut red tape, create incentives for businesses to want to invest in the valley.

Building our local economy by encouraging new business will help us be able to have funds for our parks, roads, and lessen the burden on individual tax payers. I am eager to listen and take action. I believe City Council is not there to achieve their individual goals but to take what the community wants and insure it happens. A vote for me will make sure your voice gets heard.
